ARTSELLAR presents artworks by independent artists. Each work may be unique or available only in a limited edition. Displaying an artwork on the website does not guarantee availability until ARTSELLAR confirms the order in writing.

To inquire about a work, please contact us through one of the channels listed at the end of this page and provide its title or reference number. Before an order is placed, we will confirm availability, price, delivery charges, estimated processing time, and payment instructions.

An order becomes binding when:

1. ARTSELLAR confirms that the artwork is available;
2. the buyer accepts the total amount and applicable terms;
3. ARTSELLAR receives full payment or the agreed deposit; and
4. ARTSELLAR issues a written order confirmation.

Prices are shown in Thai baht and exclude applicable taxes. Framing, special packaging, delivery, insurance, customs duties, and international charges may be added and will be disclosed before payment.

Please make payment only through an account or payment method officially confirmed by ARTSELLAR. We are not responsible for payments made to an unverified account or person.

ARTSELLAR may decline or cancel an order if the artwork is no longer available, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the transaction is reasonably suspected to be unlawful. If payment has already been received, it will be returned through the original payment method within 10 business days, unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider.
