How can I buy a piece?

Use the enquiry button on the listing you are interested in or contact us through any of the available channels. We will confirm availability, provide the total including delivery and explain the payment process.

At present, every purchase is handled through a direct conversation so that we can confirm the details and answer your questions before payment.

Are the pieces on ARTSELLAR authentic?

Every listing clearly states whether it is an original artwork, handmade piece, limited edition, reproduction, collectable or vintage object.

Sellers must confirm that they are the creator, lawful owner or authorised seller. Certificates, edition numbers, ownership history and known imperfections will be stated on the listing whenever applicable.

How is delivery arranged?

Pieces may be shipped from the creator's studio, workspace, home or the seller's storage location. We confirm the delivery cost, timeframe and suitable packing method before payment.

Large, fragile or high-value pieces may require a specialised delivery arrangement, which we will discuss with you in advance.

Can I view a piece in person?

Some pieces may be available for an in-person viewing, depending on their location and the seller's availability. Contact us and we will help check what can be arranged.

What if a piece is damaged during delivery?

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the received piece. We will coordinate with the seller and delivery provider to help resolve the issue.

How can I submit something to sell?

Submit your piece through the “Sell With Us” page. We welcome creators and sellers from a wide range of backgrounds. There is no upfront fee or exclusivity, and the seller receives 70% of the selling price when the sale is completed.
