About this work
A classic Polaroid SX-70 featuring a chrome-finished body with brown leather panels. Its iconic folding construction collapses into a compact form, while the single-lens reflex viewing system allows composition and manual focusing directly through the taking lens. Produced between 1972 and 1981, the SX-70 remains one of Polaroid’s most recognizable instant cameras. It uses Polaroid SX-70 film rated at ASA 160, producing the classic square-format photograph with a white frame. The camera offers automatic exposure and variable shutter control, together with a lighten/darken adjustment wheel. Features: • Folding instant camera design • Single-Lens Reflex (SLR) viewing system • Manual focus • Automatic exposure and variable shutter control • Uses Polaroid SX-70 instant film • No built-in flash; accepts a separately available Flashbar • Chrome finish with brown leather panels • Vintage condition with age-related wear—please review the actual product photographs carefully
