About this work
Hibiscus and flowers in pink, white and violet, with leaves and plants, are packed so densely they form a jar-like shape at the centre of a lavender ground, with drips of paint running below. The water jar is a fixture of rural Thai homes, and filling its shape with plants speaks of abundance and the way of life in the artist’s hometown.
